SVHMC 2018-19Merit List

Instructions -
1. This is the list of provisionally selected candidates for the BHMS course.
2. Counseling will be held on November 15, 2018, from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
3. A medical fitness test and admission of allotted candidates will be held on November 15, 2018.
4. If the allotted candidate does not take admission on the said dates, his or her seat
allotment will be automatically canceled.
5. Candidates have to bring the following original documents for submission at the time
of admission.
a) NEET Admit Card (Original)
b) NEET mark sheet (photocopy)
c) 10th Mark-sheet
d) 12th Mark Sheet
e) 12th pass certificate
f) Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) from Competent Authority (DC)

g) Caste Certificate
h) Transfer certificate
i) Migration Certificate
j) Gap Certificate (if), etc.
